Managing Director
Dan holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a qualified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor. He brings 30 years’ business and risk management experience, helping business leaders strengthen practical WHS systems and governance. He works directly with owners, directors, and boards to provide the right information in the right format enabling confident decision-making and strong governance.
Parisa Moshashaei
Head of Governance and Assurance
Parisa holds a Master of WHS and is undertaking a PhD at the University of Canberra, researching psychosocial risk in construction. She brings extensive experience across high-risk industries contributing technical expertise in risk assessment, Safety in Design (SiD), management systems and psychosocial safety.
George Peterson
Psychosocial Program Facilitator
George is our Psychosocial Program Facilitator, specialising in stress management and positive lifestyle choices. An experienced meditation and breathwork coach, he works with staff and leadership teams to manage workplace pressures through practical, accessible techniques. His approach builds resilience, improves self-regulation and equips people with tools for everyday working environments.
